I would like to personally welcome you to eCamp Israel. Nir Kouris, Dotan Tamir and I have joined together to create the most imaginative, inspiring, intense and entertaining program: eCamp Israel.

Israel is on the cutting edge of technological development. Microsoft®, Google®, Intel®, HP® and Motorola®, just to name a few, have key development centers in Israel and are using Israel’s greatest resource: Jewish minds. We utilize this same pool of knowledge when setting the high standards of our camp.

We want to help children and teens develop their technological skills, stretch their boundaries, set higher goals and reach them. Our camp offers the participant a wide range of computer and Hi-Tech skill workshops from Digital Art to Console Games to Robotics and more.

We want to help children and teens grow as people. eCamp Israel is an international camp, where people from many countries, including Israel, will join together to create lasting friendships. There are sports and outdoor games and activities to stretch the body as well as the mind. Many of the activities foster teamwork; the older campers will go through a program to develop leadership skills. We also want our participants to grow as young, Jewish people, so we introduce them to traditions with an accessible, pluralistic approach.

I would like to add a word about safety and security. I have two daughters and I know the concerns of parents when sending their children across the world. eCamp Israel has the highest security standards, often more severe than those required by the Israeli Ministry of Education for Israeli students. We monitor the situation, set strict policies and err on the side of safety when dealing with your children. Oranim Educational Initiatives, the parent company of eCamp Israel, has over 40,000 alumni from its various programs who have traveled to Israel and returned home safely.

With many years of experience, with a dedicated and professional staff, a beautiful facility with a magnificent pool, sports facilities and plenty of computers, we look forward to having an unforgettable summer.
